For nearly three decades she has advocated for children with different abilities and the families who love them. She leads small groups for parents navigating the world of special needs, and she is moving toward helping families find their footing through the IEP process — because she knows that paperwork and policy should never stand between a child and the support they deserve.

Allison is patient in the way that only people who have truly seen others can be. She doesn't just care about the outcome — she cares about every step of the journey to get there. She is the kind of steady, grounded presence that makes everything around her possible.

Dania Brown is the kind of person who doesn't wait to be asked. She just shows up — and then goes further than anyone expected. For years she and her husband built and ran a business together, learning firsthand what it takes to create something from nothing and sustain it with integrity. She coaches teenage girls in volleyball, plays on an adult volleyball team herself, and pours herself into her community in ways that are rarely announced and never for recognition. Off the clock she is a proud Jeep club member who would rather be outside with her hands in the dirt than anywhere else — and she loves her family with that same fierce, whole-hearted energy she brings to everything.

As KidStuff-USA's Director of Finance and Strategy, Dania brings the clear-eyed, get-it-done energy that turns vision into reality. She is the one who figures out how. And she does it, like everything else in her life, out of love.

Jessica Armstrong has spent her life as a stay-at-home mother and as Kelsiana's caregiver and advocate — a role that has shaped everything she knows about what families like hers actually need. She is a mother of five who has walked through seasons that would have stopped most people. Going through hard things was never her choice. Getting through them, over them, and using them for the betterment of others — that was.

For the past 15 years that conviction has grown into a calling. She is a coach, a speaker, and certified in Christian leadership who believes that lasting change comes from the inside out — and that people are more capable than they have been told.

As Executive Director and Board Vice President, Jessica brings every one of those years to this mission. She knows the difference between performing a purpose and living one. And that is rare.
